This workshop series is open to anyone and is aimed at grad students in the humanities and social sciences undertaking their first teaching experiences (as TAs or instructors of record). Come learn about fundamental pedagogical ideas and discuss and practice key teaching strategies with other graduate students in the humanities and social sciences. Topics include constructivist teaching, creating an inclusive learning environment, and establishing class expectations and norms. Join a community of fellow pedagogues in the Chicago Center for Teaching and Learning.
