Thank a Professor
The "Thank a Professor" Initiative encourages students to reflect on their learning experiences at UChicago and to thank a professor or instructor who has positively impacted their learning.
For Students
Have you had a professor who really made a positive impact on your education at UChicago? Maybe they taught you a particularly difficult concept, had a fun, engaging class, or they created a supportive learning environment. Or perhaps they inspired you, challenged you, or made you feel as though you could be successful! Take a moment to thank them through the CCTL's Thank-a-Prof program. You can submit a handwritten or digital note (with your name or anonymously), and the CCTL will send them to your professors at the end of the term.
Please note: Thank you notes will be reviewed for content by CCTL staff prior to sending.
Students can submit a digital note using this form anytime. If you would like your note to be sent to your instructor by the end of the current quarter, please submit by the end of Week 7.
Students can visit Harper Memorial W501 to write a thank you note anytime, or you can find the CCTL around campus during Week 3 (see dates below) for free snacks and stickers! If you would like your note to be sent to your instructor by the end of the current quarter, please submit by the end of Week 7.
