The Chicago Center for Teaching and the Office of the Provost have collaborated to create two research-based Toolkits on the practice of Mentoring in graduate education. The first Mentoring Graduate Students provides guidance to faculty who mentor graduate students in research, teaching, and professional development. The second, Principles From And For Graduate Student Mentees, draws on the research literature as well as the personal experiences of graduate students to offer guidance for creating and maintaining productive mentorship relationships.
