When: Held regularly throughout the academic year, usually 2-3 times per quarter. See our schedule of Upcoming Events for details and to register.
Who: For anyone teaching in the Humanities and Social Sciences Core, including faculty, Harper-Schmidt Fellows, lecturers, and graduate student instructors and interns—or anyone interested in the questions and issues raised by teaching in the Core.
In this series of workshops, faculty, postdocs, and graduate students who teach in the Humanities and Social Sciences Core gather to discuss the distinctive pedagogical issues and questions of the Core. This is a venue to hear from experienced instructors about successful practices and challenges, and to share ideas on everything from discussion strategies, to inclusive teaching practices, to working with student writing.
